The role involves end-to-end Salesforce development, release management, integrations, and technical solution design in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance Salesforce CRM solutions supporting crisis call workflows Design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Flows Gather technical requirements and collaborate with business, architects, and development teams Manage release cycles, CI/CD deployments, and code migration using SFDX and Azure DevOps Build integrations using

REST/SOAP

APIs and OAuth authentication Support data migrations, AppExchange integrations, and system enhancements Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards Identify technical risks/issues and provide mitigation strategies Required Skills 6+ years of Salesforce development experience Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, HTML5, and JavaScript Experience with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning and API integrations Experience with SFDX, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and release management Knowledge of
