We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead to lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Salesforce development, configuration, and implementation activities. Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow. Manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using

REST/SOAP

APIs. Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure development best practices. Guide and mentor Salesforce developers and coordinate project deliverables.

Required Skills:

10+ years of Salesforce experience, including technical leadership. Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, and integrations. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other relevant Salesforce platforms. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills. Salesforce certifications are preferred.

Pay:

$60.00 - $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
