Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skill Must Have Technical/Functional Skills  Hands on Model N Platform Experience, must be able to configure and troubleshoot
Model N:
o Navigate Model N UI and data model confidently o
Configure:
Contracts (pricing, tiers, eligibility), Rebates (commercial, managed care), Chargebacks o Understand Model N calculation logic and triggers o Analyze claim failures and pricing discrepancies  Must understand Revenue Management Data & Calculation Logic.
Must know:
o Gross‑to‑Net (GTN) concepts o How price, contract, eligibility, and claims interact o Accrual vs actual calculation logic o Drivers of revenue leakage  Strong Data Skills (Practical, Not Academic), SQL, ability to analyze large transactional data  Knowledge about Integrations; how Model N fits into the enterprise stack 
Functional Knowledge:
Chargeback & Rebate Processing, Government Pricing Roles & Responsibilities  Hands-on management of Revenue Management implementation (Model N powered by N)  Understanding business requirements and converting them into functional and non-functional requirements  Coordinate with global delivery teams to facilitate smooth deployment and support Model N solutions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across time zones.  Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals, acting as a liaison between technical teams and business units.  Monitor the performance of deployed solutions, analyze user feedback, and implement optimizations to improve user experience and operational efficiency.  Develop training materials and conduct workshops for internal teams and clients on the use and maintenance of Model N solutions, ensuring knowledge transfer and self-sufficiency.  Lead Revenue Management proposals solutioning Salary Range $120,000-$150,000 Per year
