Whippany, NJ 7981 Contract duration (in months): 12

JD:

Must Have Skills Tableau Power BI SQL Detailed Job Description Expert-level experience in Tableau and Power BI development and architecture. Strong knowledge of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and semantic layer design. Experience with SQL performance tuning and large-scale datasets. Strong understanding of data warehousing and analytics platforms (Snowflake, SQL Server, etc.). Expertise in Tableau Server/Cloud and Power BI Service administration concepts. Experience with dashboard embedding, APIs, and enterprise reporting integration patterns. Strong understanding of security, row-level security (RLS), and governance frameworks. Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, release management, and automation for BI platforms. Ability to influence stakeholders and lead technical discussions across teams.

Preferred Experience:

Tableau-to-Power BI migration and modernization projects. Cloud analytics platforms (AWS, Azure). AI-assisted analytics, natural language insights, and reporting automation. Financial services, Risk, Finance, Treasury, or Regulatory reporting environments.

Key Expectations:

Serve as the organization's reporting thought leader. Establish scalable reporting architecture and best practices. Improve report performance, reliability, and adoption. Act as the primary technical liaison with BI Platform and enterprise data teams. Ensure delivery of robust, governed, and business-aligned reporting solutions.
