A growing services organization is seeking an Oracle Development Manager in Whippany, New Jersey to lead a team supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions across key business functions. Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Oracle Cloud developers and coordinate day-to-day development activities Prioritize, groom, estimate, and execute backlog items in alignment with business needs Provide hands-on support for architecture, development, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications Oversee integrations, data flow, data migration, and related technical solutions across a multi-vendor application landscape Partner with business stakeholders and third-party implementation teams to deliver quality solutions and ensure continuity after go-live
Qualifications:
6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud Applications as a Technical Lead or Application Development Lead Bachelor's degree Experience in a Managerial role Experience with Oracle HCM, SCM, ERP, CPQ, Order Management, Demand Management, Sales Management, Service Management, or Digital Customer Service Hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST, and Oracle Integration Cloud Experience with Oracle Cloud deployments and DevOps practices Experience with Agile development methodologies Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Desired Skills:
Relevant Oracle certifications Experience working in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments Background in software development and business requirements analysis
