Location:

Las Vegas, NV (Day 1 Onsite) Job Description We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on ITSM and ITOM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in scripting, integrations, and platform customization, along with a solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices and governance. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications across ITSM and ITOM.
• Customize ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management.
• Implement ITOM capabilities such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and CMDB.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Build reusable components using JavaScript, Glide API, GlideAjax, and async client-server communication.
• Create and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Design custom applications, modules, tables, and forms based on requirements.
• Build integrations using

REST/SOAP

APIs, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

• Perform data transformation using Import Sets, Transform Maps, and background scripts.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, security, and platform governance.
• Troubleshoot issues related to scripts, workflows, integrations, and performance.
• Support upgrades, patching, cloning, and release activities.
• Maintain CMDB data quality and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.
• Document technical designs and mentor junior developers. Required Skills
• Strong experience in ServiceNow Development (ITSM & ITOM)
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, GlideAjax
• Hands-on with Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management
• Experience with

REST/SOAP

integrations

• Knowledge of Flow Designer, Workflow Editor
• Experience with MID Server & IntegrationHub
• Strong understanding of data transformation (Import Sets, Transform Maps) Preferred
• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS-ITSM / CIS-ITOM)
• Enterprise-level implementation experience
