Oracle Fusion Developer Buffalo, NY | $80,000 to $115,000 per year This energy company serves customers across Western New York and Northwest Pennsylvania with a workforce of more than 2,000 employees. The organization is expanding its Oracle Fusion/Utilities environment to support corporate growth, cloud transformation, and the integration of a recent acquisition. This is a hands-on enterprise applications role working closely with business teams, data engineers, and application architects. Schedule Full-time, on-site. Compensation $80,000 to $115,000 per year, based on experience. What You'll Do This role configures, develops, and supports Oracle Fusion/Utilities applications, working with functional business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. The developer will build and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts, and support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities. Day to day work includes troubleshooting application issues, maintaining system reliability, and participating in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization. The role also involves documenting configurations, integrations, and technical designs, and working with outside vendors and implementation partners on knowledge transfer and long-term application support. Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in enterprise application development, systems analysis, or a related discipline Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud or a comparable enterprise ERP platform, including enterprise implementations, acquisitions, or major platform transitions Professional experience in at least one of the following: Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, or Security), customer information/billing/CRM systems integrated with ERP environments, or operational systems (asset management, work management, scheduling, field service, or operational finance) Experience with enterprise application configuration, extensions, integrations, or development Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (transcripts required) Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future Preferred Qualifications Experience in utilities, energy, financial services, or another regulated industry Prior experience supporting an enterprise system through an acquisition or major platform transition Willingness to relocate if not local to the Buffalo, NY area Compensation and Benefits $80,000 to $115,000 per year Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Relocation assistance available for qualified non-local candidates Specific benefit details to be confirmed with the employer To apply, submit your resume for consideration.
