12+ months with possible Extension Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions that support business operations and customer-facing processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with business analysts, administrators, developers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and assist in developing technical solutions on the Salesforce platform. Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce customizations, enhancements, and integrations. Build and maintain Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and standard platform capabilities. Develop and support integrations with internal and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs. Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data quality controls. Participate in system testing, defect resolution, and release deployments. Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration documentation, and support materials. Assist with Salesforce platform upgrades, enhancements, and environment management activities. Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support as needed. Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to support CI/CD deployment processes. Required Qualifications 7+ years of Salesforce development experience. Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and SOQL. Experience developing and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST and/or SOAP APIs. Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD tools such as Copado. Understanding of Salesforce security models, including roles, profiles, and permission sets. Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard development. Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
