ServiceNow Developer Park National Corporation United States, Ohio, ark Jul 03, 2026 Description Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations across modules such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, and FSO, following platform best practices and governance standards. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to refine requirements and deliver high-quality, business-aligned solutions. Develop and maintain integrations using
REST/SOAP
APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server, ensuring secure, reliable, and performant data exchange. Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, data mappings, and user guidance to support scalability and knowledge sharing. Perform code reviews, participate in testing (including ATF), and support CI/CD processes to ensure solution quality and maintainability. Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement enhancements to improve platform performance, stability, and user experience. Adhere to organizational security, compliance, and ServiceNow development standards, contributing to continuous improvement of platform governance and best practices. Support and guide junior developers through knowledge sharing and code review participation. Monitor and support the ServiceNow platform to ensure high availability, uptime, and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Perform activities in support of periodic platform upgrades. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
SCHEDULE
Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p and this role is a full-time, permanent role. Hybrid workplace schedule expected with on-site days (M, T, W) in office location in ark, OH.
