starting salary for this role will be from $90,000 USD to $110,000 USD annually•commensurate with experience.

Private Giving & Engagement (PG& E) The Private Giving & Engagement (PG& E) department advances Mercy Corps strategic priorities by raisingprivatefunds, building meaningful relationships with supporters, and strengthening the organizations global profile and influence. PG& E partners closely with teams across Mercy Corps to deliver innovative, ethical, and effective fundraising and engagement strategies. Within PG& E, Development Operations plays a critical role in enabling fundraising success by ensuring strong systems, sound governance, and effective operational support. The team brings together expertise in fundraising operations, compliance, analytics, systems, and project management to support high-performing fundraising teams across regions and channels.
