Job Description Zenex / Heart2Hire is hiring a Data Analyst for one of our enterprise clients through our partner . We are seeking a highly analytical professional who can translate business needs into actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business strategy, goals, and analytical needs Translate business requirements into structured analytical approaches Acquire, clean, and validate structured and unstructured data Perform analysis on historical data to identify trends and insights Develop dashboards and visualizations to present actionable insights Deliver presentations and communicate findings to business teams Build and manage recurring reporting and analytics processes Document best practices and share knowledge across teams Participate in special projects and support cross-functional initiatives Required Qualifications Strong coding skills in SQL, Python, or equivalent (R / SAS) Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Proven experience in data storytelling and presentation development Ability to manage and communicate with senior stakeholders Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments Preferred Experience in enterprise or consulting environments Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Additional Details C2C / Corp-to-Corp candidates are welcome Immediate interview and quick turnaround Competitive rates based on experience Apply directly on Indeed or send your resume to adil@zenexpartners.net or at (408) 707-1352
