Compensation:

$85,000 - $180,000+ depending on experience and position

ERP/CRM Manager Responsibilities:

+ Configure, support, and optimize ERP and CRM platforms

+ Gather and document business requirements

+ Design system enhancements, integrations, and workflows

+ Support system implementations, upgrades, and migrations

+ Create reports, dashboards, and automated processes

+ Troubleshoot application issues and provide end-user support

+ Partner with stakeholders to improve business processes and system adoption Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Experience supporting ERP or CRM platforms

+ Knowledge of systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar technologies

+ Strong business analysis and project delivery skills

+ Experience with integrations, reporting, or application development preferred

+ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
