Description:
C3EL is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support the Naval Reactors Laboratory Field Office (NRLFO) Mission Support Division at Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory in West Mifflin, PA. The Developer will design, configure, develop, deploy, document, and sustain ServiceNow workflow applications supporting business and technical processes within a highly regulated Federal environment. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Design and develop ServiceNow applications, forms, workflows, catalog solutions, and custom applications. Configure and script ServiceNow modules. Provide operations support for deployed applications. Document developed and deployed modules. Maintain development tracking and audit records. Support workflow automation and special projects. Brief management on development status. Ensure ServiceNow activities comply with DOE/NNSA, Federal IT, cybersecurity, configuration-management, and documentation requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DOE L clearance. (DoD Secret or higher clearance reciprocity may be utilized while DOE adjudication is being completed.) Must demonstrate proficiency configuring, scripting, developing, and deploying solutions across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, Workflow, Catalog, and custom applications. Must understand Federal IT compliance requirements involving change control, configuration management, auditability, secure workflow development, and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems operating under Federal compliance requirements. Familiarity with secure development lifecycle practices. Experience developing SOPs, IT procedures, and compliance documentation. Workflow/process-improvement experience. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Government, contractor, and technical organizations.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field and at least two years of directly relevant ServiceNow development/administration experience.
