Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business needs. Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using RESTful APIs and web services to ensure seamless data flow. Develop scalable system architectures utilizing microservices, design patterns, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure. Implement best practices in software engineering including version control (GitHub, SVN), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies. Optimize system performance by analyzing system design for scalability and implementing enhancements accordingly. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and development processes for future reference and compliance. Qualifications Proven experience in IT infrastructure management with a strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, C, VBA, and Ruby on Rails. Hands-on experience with web development frameworks including React Express and JavaScript frameworks. Solid knowledge of RESTful API development, system design for system development, scalability principles, and design patterns. Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL and SQL Server; experience with SQL queries is essential. Experience with software development tools like GitHub, SVN, Jenkins (CI/CD), and version control systems. Knowledge of Agile software development practices including Scrum or Kanban methodologies. Understanding of security concepts such as RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) to ensure secure application deployment. Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively across teams.
