Direct Hire with full company benefits package Position Summary We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise reporting and data solutions. This role is responsible for building ETL processes, enhancing data marts, and delivering high-quality reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong SQL expertise, a passion for data accuracy, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions. Key Required Skills Strong proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL development Experience with database schema design Hands-on experience with Microsoft SSIS or other ETL tools Experience developing reports in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Working knowledge of Power BI or other dashboarding platforms Advanced Excel skills Query optimization and performance tuning experience Foundational knowledge of dimensional modeling and star schema design Ability to translate business reporting requirements into technical solutions Strong analytical, logical, and mathematical problem-solving skills Effective communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Azure SQL Database or Azure SQL Managed Instance Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud environments Experience in financial services or regulated environments Exposure to Agile development methodologies Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to support reporting and analytics needs Create and enhance data marts to support evolving business metrics Develop and maintain reports using SSRS and dashboards in Power BI Write optimized stored procedures and queries using T-SQL Translate business requirements into technical tasks and provide effort estimates Perform testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and report integrity Analyze and optimize report and query performance Collaborate with software developers on system design and BI-related architecture Support internal and external reporting needs, including audit and compliance reporting Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements to existing BI artifacts Contribute to Agile development processes and communicate project progress effectively Support team knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement • This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful data initiatives while partnering closely with development leadership and business stakeholders.
