Austin, TX Work Model:
Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite / 2
Days Remote Duration:
6-12 Months Job Description We are looking for an experienced TcRA Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Siemens Teamcenter PLM, TcRA, and eQube-MI . The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in TcRA reporting, Teamcenter customization, integrations, performance tuning, and data management. Core Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy single-level and multi-level TcRA cubes, dashboards, and custom reports Troubleshoot report execution issues and optimize queries for improved performance Implement performance-enhancement features such as Smart Cache Develop TcRA extensions, workflow handlers, and custom SOA services using C++ or Java Perform data export and synchronization with downstream enterprise systems using custom scripts Gather business requirements and translate them into technical backlog items and functional designs Collaborate with business, technical, and product stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM, TcRA, and eQube-MI Proficiency in C++, Java, ITK (Integration Toolkit), SOA, and BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE) Strong knowledge of SQL, Windows scripting, and data modeling Experience with TcRA reporting, cubes, dashboards, and custom report development Experience with performance tuning and Smart Cache Strong understanding of Teamcenter customization and integration Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Teamcenter/TcRA Developer who can independently handle reporting development, customization, integrations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
