This role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications to meet customer needs. The position supports the full software development lifecycle, including architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment. This includes full-stack development across both front-end user interfaces and back-end services. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand use cases, pain points, and requirements, ensuring user-centric solutions Design, develop, and deliver software solutions using modern tools, languages, frameworks, and agile methodologies Evaluate requirements and determine appropriate technology stacks, integration approaches, and deployment strategies Develop high-level architecture designs, including system components, interfaces, and data flows Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, designers, architects, and other stakeholders Define and implement software testing strategies, standards, and processes aligned with organizational and industry best practices Continuously optimize application performance and improve development efficiency through new technologies Apply modern development practices including test-driven development, CI/CD, and automation Implement and support security best practices, including data protection, encryption, and anonymization Build user-friendly and intuitive front-end interfaces Develop and maintain back-end systems including APIs and microservices Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance solution capabilities and scalability Required Skills
SAP S/4HANA
(Sales / OTC) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) SAP (core platform expertise) Leadership and cross-functional collaboration Required Experience 6+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in software development Proficiency in at least two programming languages, or advanced expertise in one Preferred Experience / Qualifications 7-12+ years in Sales Operations / Order-to-Cash (OTC) and SAP Sales functional leadership 1-2+ years supporting
SAP S/4HANA
implementations or ECC to S/4HANA transformations with OTC ownership Deep expertise in pricing, order management, delivery, and billing processes Experience with SAP Vehicle Management System (VMS) and integration across OTC, Finance (RTR), and logistics Strong cross-functional leadership experience across Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Master Data teams Proven ability to drive fit-to-standard decisions and manage project scope effectively
SAP S/4HANA
Sales functional expertise, including configuration impact assessment Experience leading UAT and managing quality gates Integration experience (EDI, middleware, tax/payment interfaces) with strong issue triage capabilities Strong executive-level communication skills, including risk and readiness reporting Experience with Settlement Management (rebates), Output Management (BRF+), and Fiori enablement Exposure to
SAP SD, VMS
processes, and customer/dealer portal integrations Industry experience with complex pricing models
