Location:

Hybrid King of Prussia, PA Our client is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions in support of a major HR ERP implementation. This role will partner closely with business leaders, ERP teams, and data stakeholders to deliver executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and self-service reporting solutions that drive data-informed decision making. Required 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Power BI development, or data visualization. Expert-level Power BI experience including DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, and performance tuning. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric. Experience supporting enterprise ERP reporting initiatives, preferably within HR, Finance, or related business functions. Proven track record developing executive dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions. Advanced SQL skills and expertise in dimensional and semantic data modeling. Experience optimizing reporting environments and improving dashboard performance and refresh efficiency. Knowledge of data architecture best practices that reduce database and reporting platform workload. Experience using Python for analytics, automation, or reporting support. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to gather and translate business requirements.
