Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud. Strong development experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow, OmniStudio, Salesforce APIs, and Copado. Demonstrated experience implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud sites. Experience developing rich and responsive user interfaces for customer-facing experiences.
