Job Description

Senior Salesforce Developer A growing and highly collaborative organization is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Salesforce Developer to support and evolve its enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. This individual will play a critical role in both strategic platform ownership and hands-on technical development, partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams. While the position will begin as fully remote, candidates should be comfortable transitioning to a hybrid work arrangement in the Cincinnati market as the organization establishes a local office presence. Key Responsibilities Serve as a senior technical resource for Salesforce administration, development, and platform optimization Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations Support and enhance Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) functionality, configurations, and workflows Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and automate business processes Manage and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and system improvements Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications Drive best practices around system governance, security, documentation, and platform scalability Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing technical support and enhancements Qualifications 5+ years of Salesforce Administration and Development experience Strong expertise with: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce Flows Salesforce integrations/APIs Experience supporting Certinia / FinancialForce strongly preferred Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Salesforce certifications preferred This is a great opportunity for a technically strong Salesforce professional who wants meaningful ownership, cross-functional visibility, and long-term growth in a collaborative environment.
