Description We have a career opportunity for a Sr. ServiceNow Developer supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). As Sr. ServiceNow Developer, you will perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation. You will work with external and internal stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver digital transformation solutions with emphasis on request fulfillment, automated workflows through ServiceNow Service Catalogs, and key ITIL processes including Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and other modules. Primary Responsibilities Support the standup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow's ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles Create, maintain, and enhance Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports Create and configure tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc.) Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades Assist with design, creation, and cataloging of business process flows Work with other members of the ServiceNow development team to propose solutions based on business needs and strategies Design and configure ServiceNow functions to meet operational needs Support business process re-engineering activities to move ticketing and order management capabilities into ServiceNow Identify trends and find patterns in unstructured and semi-structured customer data to improve customer experience and network performance Interact with customers to address systems engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements Troubleshoot and resolve problems Orchestrate and automate tasks Design and build ServiceNow applications and integrations to other applications and platforms, including architecture, languages, best practices, and methodologies in an Agile Scrum environment Collaborate on ongoing projects across new development and enhancements with engineers, developers, analysts, and other team members Follow, maintain, and apply documentation best practice policies, procedures, and processes throughout ServiceNow development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input supporting ongoing business needs for ServiceNow configuration, implementation, and support Review and apply UI/UX requirements from internal and external teams and align them into ServiceNow development Utilize available programming methodologies and languages while adhering to coding standards, procedures, and techniques, and contributing to technical code documentation Support data migration as needed Design and implement solutions following established Configuration Management policies and standards Integrate data from multiple sources into a unified CMDB, ensuring data quality and integrity Mentor junior developers and guide them throughout each project Basic Qualifications US Citizenship required Active DoD Secret clearance required — candidates without an active clearance will not be considered Active Security+ certification (or equivalent
