Job Description
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to enhance and maintain our existing ServiceNow platform. This role is crucial for optimizing workflows and automating processes to support various business functions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a remote setting, collaborating effectively with teams while delivering functional solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
- Secret Clearance preferred- must be eligible if not.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting and workflows
- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM, and ITBM
- Familiarity with ServiceNow REST and SOAP APIs
- Understanding of ITIL principles and their application within ServiceNow
- Ability to facilitate requirements gathering and user testing This is a remote position offering flexibility and a focus on collaboration.
