Sr. Power Bi Developer

Job Description We are seeking a remote Senior Power BI Developer to support a healthcare (lab) organization undergoing a data platform migration from Oracle to Databricks with Power BI. This role will partner closely with data engineering and business stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards, datasets, and paginated reports. In addition to strong technical expertise, this role requires the ability to teach, guide, and support stakeholders who are newer to Power BI, helping teams understand reports, data models, and best practices. The ideal candidate is comfortable explaining complex concepts in plain language and supporting adoption across technical and non-technical audiences.
