Sr. Salesforce Developer

Job Overview:

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and optimization of an enterprise Salesforce environment. This role will focus on building scalable solutions, improving platform performance, and supporting integrations across business systems. The Senior Salesforce Developer will partner closely with technical and business stakeholders, provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, and contribute to ongoing continuous improvement initiatives. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA, operating on a hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

PM EST Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions, customizations, and enhancements Build and support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Support and guide Salesforce UI/UX best practices aligned to business needs and platform capabilities Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, support incident management, and improve system stability and performance Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management activities Contribute to process improvement initiatives through documentation, automation, and development standards Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on Salesforce development best practices Support Agile development processes, including sprint planning, standups, and iterative delivery

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong experience developing within the Salesforce platform, including custom solutions and integrations Proficiency with JSON, XML, JavaScript, SQL, and multi-system architecture concepts Experience working in Agile environments and using modern deployment and DevOps tools Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, or similar required Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams

Preferred Experience:

Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce environments Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Experience optimizing performance and supporting complex integrations
