Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to enhance our platform's capabilities and ensure the seamless delivery of IT services. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate closely with various teams to develop, implement, and optimize solutions that drive operational excellence. This position balances onsite engagement, with 4 days at our office and 1 day remote, creating a flexible work style that promotes productivity and teamwork.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules
- Ability to gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to inform development
- Familiarity with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and REST APIs
