TITLE:
Technology Lead, Salesforce DUTIES:
Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture Definition, Design, and Development. Create the high-level design artifacts. Deliver code deliverables for modules, lead validation for testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Perform implementation engagement and primary administration for the Salesforce.com environment. Work with stakeholders to develop business and technical requirements. Recommend enhancements, review feature requests, and add to the organization's backlog. Train new users and enhance the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization. Oversee configuration, maintenance, administration, and integration of Salesforce CRM. Configure and customize Salesforce.com platform, amalgamate acquired organizations, and oversee implementation projects for system connectors and applications to create efficiencies. Design and develop custom solutions on the Force.com platform including declarative customization, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modeling, integration, and complex data migration. Migrate and integrate data from other CRM systems within specified project timelines for new acquisition companies. Perform technical specification, design, and development of business applications to support business development data management; work with Salesforce.com technical architecture standards, constraints, and best practices aligning with strategic cross-organizational-entity oversight of business requirements; perform deployment activities using Force.com, Eclipse, Change sets, and ANT tools from sandbox to production and sandbox to sandbox; utilize SFDC to work in Visualforce, Lightning/Communities, APEX coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Workflows, Flows, CSS, HTML, Templates, Custom coding, and Web Services to build custom solutions with adhoc reporting capabilities to facilitate corporate transparency on sales activities; and develop complex Java Script code to perform synchronous and asynchronous callouts using SOAP (XML) and REST (JSON) based web-services to communicate with legacy systems to facilitate corporate integrations of real-time sales data to other internal systems. REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Communications, or a related field and 5 years of progressive experience in: (1) Performing technical specification, design, and development of business applications to support business development data management; (2) Salesforce.com technical architecture standards, constraints, and best practices aligning with strategic cross-organizational/entity oversight of business requirements. Must also have 3 years of experience in (1) Performing deployment activities using Froce.com, Eclipse, Change sets, and ANT tools from sandbox to production and sandbox to sandbox; (2) SFDC working in Visualforce, Lightning/Communities, APEX coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Workflows, Flows, CSS, HTML, Templates, Custom coding, and Web Services to build custom solutions with ad hoc reporting capabilities to facilitate corporate transparency on sales activities; and (3) developing complex Java Script code to perform synchronous and asynchronous callouts using SOAP (XML) and REST (JSON) based webservices to communicate with legacy systems to facilitate corporate integrations of real-time sales data to other internal systems.
