Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Software Architect - Advanced with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform administration, development, IT Service Management (ITSM), API development, and PowerShell scripting. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, implementing, testing, and supporting enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions. This role requires experience managing large-scale ServiceNow environments, integrating cloud and third-party technologies, automating business processes, and providing technical guidance to team members. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain ServiceNow Development, Test, and Production environments. Configure, enhance, and support the ServiceNow platform, including system updates, change management, deployments, cloning, and security. Develop, maintain, and improve ServiceNow forms, workflows, automation, and self-service features. Design and implement cloud integrations and third-party application integrations with ServiceNow. Leverage ServiceNow capabilities to build a unified framework for multi-cloud resource provisioning and governance. Enhance workflow automation and streamline IT service management processes. Research and evaluate third-party and cloud-based solutions to support successful technology integration. Develop and support server-side APIs and related integrations. Apply ITIL principles and ITSM best practices to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Provide advanced technical support and serve as a subject matter expert for applications and technologies. Mentor Software Engineers and Associate Software Engineers and support knowledge transfer across the team. Gather technical requirements from stakeholders and maintain effective working relationships with users, management, vendors, and other teams. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong experience managing and developing large-scale ServiceNow environments. Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts, processes, and frameworks. Hands-on experience with Server API development. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience implementing ITIL for candidates with a qualifying bachelor's degree. Experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, workflow development, and platform administration. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong technical communication, problem-solving, and requirements-gathering skills. Education Requirements Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications: Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Science, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of hands-on ITIL implementation experience. OR Option 2: Associate degree in Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Science, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of hands-on ITIL implementation experience. Work Location and Candidate Requirements Work location: Columbia, South Carolina 29210. This is a 100% onsite position . Candidates from across the United States may apply; South Carolina residency is not required. Candidates must be able to work Eastern Time Zone business hours.
