Role Overview Our client is seeking an experienced developer to provide technical support and development for content management applications, specifically focusing on upgrading and maintaining an existing environment. In this role, you will work closely with business users and a large support team to ascertain system specifications, deliver business solutions, and participate in change management activities. This position serves as a critical resource to backfill day-to-day support while also assisting with an upcoming system upgrade to version 14c.

Responsibilities

Provide technical development and support for existing content management systems, as well as forms recognition and capture applications.

Collaborate with customers to determine system specifications and technical requirements to create specification documents.

Complete all required Change Management tasks and relevant SOX control requirements.

Utilize industry-accepted project management principles, methodologies, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Work with IT and Business teams on day-to-day support activities and ticket resolution.

Perform batch file loads and updates within the content management system.

Create and maintain profiles, metadata configurations, and rules.

Support accounts payable users with invoice-related system issues.

Participate in monthly maintenance activities and assist in improving support processes for related applications.

Track deliverables and provide reporting to management as needed.

Qualifications

5 years of experience with configurations and customizations to Oracle WebCenter Content 12c (formerly Stellent/UCM), including RIDC.

2-3 years of experience with WebCenter Forms Recognition and Capture 12c.

Strong understanding of overall Enterprise Content Management (ECM) processes and concepts, including taxonomies, records management, metadata, workflows, search, and security.

Experience migrating content from legacy data repositories to modern content systems.

Experience in SQL and a solid understanding of relational databases.

Experience developing custom user interfaces for content management systems.

Experience integrating content systems with various business applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Java, Spring Boot, JSP, and React.

Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, and SQL.

Experience with Elasticsearch.

System administration experience with building and maintaining environments on Linux.
