Sr. Power BI Developer Houston, TX 77042 (5 days onsite)/Locals Only

MUST HAVE

Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling and Power Query Advanced SQL skills (MS SQL Server), including complex query development and data analysis Self‑directed, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and drives continuous improvement Ability to effectively communicate, influence, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders Key Responsibilities Analyze, optimize, and support end‑to‑end commercial supply chain and transportation processes for assigned business functions Translate business questions into data requirements, KPIs and visualizations, including exception reporting, root-cause analysis, and performance monitoring. Deliver actionable performance analytics and KPIs (e.g., carrier performance, benchmarking, target comparisons, rail maintenance, truck retains, runouts, and overfills). Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop and implement data‑driven improvement plans aligned with strategic priorities. Collaborate with IT to support SAP system enhancements and logistics process improvements
