Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Should be in office
Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
Proven experience with Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration projects.
Experience with external system integration using APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events.
Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture in Salesforce (Platform Events, CDC).
Solid understanding of Salesforce security model - profiles, roles, permission sets,
sharing rules.
Design and development experience on Salesforce solutions mainly in Service Cloud along with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and other Salesforce products exposure.
Salesforce Certifications:
Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Admin, App Builder.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with tools like Postman, Workbench, Data Loader, VS Code with SFDX.
Knowledge of deployment processes and DevOps tools like Copado.
Hands on complex coding on APEX, LWC and integration is mandatory
sales, service and salesforce technical certifications mandatory
hands on in salesforce org merge, Lightning migration, integration and data quality/migration design
Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.
Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls.
Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow.
Programming experience with the following languages, J2EE, HTML XML, SQL, Oracle.
Strong knowledge in data migration and integration
Similar consulting firm work experience will be preferred
Salary Range:
$120,000 to $150,000 per year
