USD Annually Description:

Our client is currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer with an active TS clearance to support projects tied to their end client. This is an exciting opportunity to sharpen your skills as a ServiceNow Developer in a mission critical environment. This job will have the following responsibilities: Implement core configuration user stories with minimal guidance. User stories could cover service catalog, catalog items/record producers, knowledge bases/knowledge articles, notifications, assignment rules using advanced work assignment, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) configurations and workflows. Implement integrations utilizing Integration Hub and relevant Spokes. Implement reports and dashboards. Execute unit testing to ensure that implemented user stories meet acceptance criteria. Conduct peer reviews of other developer's user stories. Provide technical documentation as required. Develop, manage, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, enhancements, product development, and some system administration tasks. Provide coaching and guidance to junior developers on best practice approaches to implement required functionality involving technical leads as required. Other duties as necessary for meeting performance expectations and/or assigned to Employee from time to time

Qualifications & Requirements:

5+ years of experience with software design and development. 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core platform. 3+ years experience within ITSM and ITOM modules within ServiceNow. Multiple implementations of ServiceNow modules within the last 2 years. Experience in working with Web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, AngularJS and CSS.
