Our client is currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer •

Deputy Director, Technical Services PURPOSE:
To architect, develop, implement, integrate, manage, and administer ServiceNow solutions for large enterprise customers in the role of a Senior Developer.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement core configuration user stories with minimal guidance. User stories could cover service catalog, catalog items/record producers, knowledge bases/knowledge articles, notifications, assignment rules using advanced work assignment, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) configurations and workflows. Implement integrations utilizing Integration Hub and relevant Spokes. Implement reports and dashboards. Execute unit testing to ensure that implemented user stories meet acceptance criteria. Conduct peer reviews of other developer's user stories. Provide technical documentation as required. Develop, manage, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, enhancements, product development, and some system administration tasks. Provide coaching and guidance to junior developers on best practice approaches to implement required functionality involving technical leads as required. Other duties as necessary for meeting performance expectations and/or assigned to Employee from time to time by Intact.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience with software design and development 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core platform. Multiple implementations of ServiceNow modules within the last 2 years. Experience in working with Web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, AngularJS and CSS. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC) Ideal candidate would possess CSA, CAD, and a minimum of 2 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications and 5 micro-certifications (or would acquire these certifications within 6 months of hire)
