+ Lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. + Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers. + Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications. + Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation. + Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations. + Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform unit, system, and integration testing. + Debug and fix technical problems. + Support the development of detailed technical and functional documentation. + Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users. + Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration. + Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.

• What Would Be Nice To Have
• :•+ Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF).

+ Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST preferred. + Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications. + General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment. + Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
