Job Description
Our Deloitte Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise technology, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. Join our team of strategic advisers and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to collaborate with leading solution providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable heart-of-the-business solutions. Work You'll Do Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions supporting mission and operational needs across the engagement. Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Build and customize workflows, forms, modules, dashboards, and automation features to improve program and project management activities. Collaborate with architects, functional team members, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality platform capabilities aligned to engagement priorities. Develop integrations and platform enhancements that improve data flow, usability, and reporting across ServiceNow-supported processes. Troubleshoot defects, support testing activities, and implement refinements to improve application performance and user experience. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration details, and development artifacts. Support platform governance, coding standards, and best practices to promote maintainability, scalability, and security. Qualifications Required :
Bachelor's degree Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required 3+ years of experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform. 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, workflow/configuration, and platform customization.
