1. Platform Ownership & Strategic Management Serves as the Primary Technical Owner of Amazon Freight's Salesforce instance Works on the full lifecycle of the CRM platform—from business case development and functional design to UAT, deployment, and post-launch support Utilizes project management tools such as JIRA and Asana, following Agile methodologies Evaluates emerging technologies and third-party apps to provide strategic platform recommendations Identifies and implements opportunities for platform optimization and scalability 2. System Design & Architecture Leads functional system design and implementation on the Salesforce platform Translates complex business requirements into scalable solutions and configuration strategies Implement scalable solutions on Salesforce platform to align with organizational goals using advanced knowledge of Enterprise System Architecture. 3. Integration & Cross-functional Collaboration Enables crosssystem integrations using AWS products like AppFlow Collaborates with business intelligence, marketing, and sales operations teams Maintains data models and integration frameworks to ensure seamless information flow 4. Security & Compliance Implements Amazon and Salesforce security best practices Manages role-based access control (RBAC), field-level security, and user permissions Configures data visibility rules and enforces MFA, IP restrictions, and session policies 5. Automation & Process Implementation Develops and maintains complex Flow automations, validation rules, and approval processes Automates lead routing, data quality checks, and business workflows Ensures compliance with business logic and platform data integrity 6. User Enablement & Governance Delivers clear documentation including SOPs and training materials Conducts stakeholder enablement sessions and change control communications Trains users on core platform features and third-party tools such as RingLead and ZoomInfo 7. Data Management & Analytics Builds dashboards and reports to support real-time insights and operational reviews Uses SOQL and SQL queries to identify trends, debug issues, and validate data integrity Supports deployment cycles and ad hoc reporting across systems Domestic travel up to 5% to perform role responsibilities may be required. Alternatively, Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Analytics, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and five years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Analysis; (2) building data analysis and working with large data sets; (3) using Excel, SQL, and Python; (4) data visualization with tools such as Tableau, PowerBl, or AWS QuickSight; and (5) using artificial intelligence tools. The pay range for this position in Bellevue, WA is $117625

• $154100 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
