$75,160.02 to $112,740.16 Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more. •This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Full-time About the Role As a ServiceNow Developer at Kwik Trip, you will design, configure, extend, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support our enterprise platform. You will join a team of ServiceNow developers supporting an existing production instance with CSM, ITSM, HRSD, SecOps, and FSM. This role emphasizes CMDB and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)—translating business and technical requirements into clean data models, relationships, and service definitions—while delivering reliable experiences across customer service, HR, IT, and field operations. What You'll Do Configure and develop in ServiceNow using business rules, client scripts, UI policies, scripted REST APIs, Flow Designer/Integration Hub, and related platform capabilities as needed Design, implement, and refine CMDB classes, identification and reconciliation rules, CMDB-related workflows, and CSDM-aligned service modeling to improve data quality and usability Build and support ITSM, CSM, and HRSD capabilities (incidents, cases, requests, knowledge, HR workflows, and related experiences) in partnership with product owners and operations teams Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, and integration failures; implement durable fixes and preventive controls Participate in releases, testing, and deployment activities; support validation in sub-production and production Create and maintain technical documentation and solution diagrams for supported capabilities Collaborate on the technical roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, including standards for development, governance, and operational readiness Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams on integrations, access patterns, and platform hygiene What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred 4+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow hands-on development Hands-on experience with CMDB and CSDM framework Hands-on experience with HRSD module Hands-on experience with Service Portal / Employee Center/Knowledge management Exposure to ITSM or CSM modules Solid analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced operational environment Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with a multi-developer remote team Even Better If You Have Experience with SecOps workflows and security operations use cases on the Now Platform Exposure to Now Assist (or other AI/ML-assisted ServiceNow capabilities) Experience with Field Service Management(FSM) module Familiarity with ITIL practices and how they map to ServiceNow processes Experience with DevOps pipelines, and Git-based source control practices for ServiceNow ServiceNow certifications (for example, CSA, CAD, or implementation specialist credentials aligned to
