Job Summary:

Seeking a Sr. Director

FP&A Systems to lead enterprise FP&A technology strategy, GenAI-driven finance transformation, and modernization of financial planning platforms.

This role will oversee global FP&A systems, lead high-impact transformation initiatives, and partner with Finance and IT leadership to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

Required Skills:

10-15+ years of IT/Enterprise Applications experience with FP&A systems Strong experience with OneStream (preferred), ERP systems, Power BI, and Databricks Experience implementing GenAI/AI solutions for financial planning, forecasting, and analytics Proven leadership managing global teams and enterprise transformation programs Semiconductor industry experience preferred Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
