What's the role: We look for a full-time Implementation Representative in our CA warehouse to work under the Implementation Manager. The Implementation Representative will deploy, repair, and replace our POS system based on customer needs. The ideal candidate is willing to travel around, has flexible schedules, and great customer service skills. What you bring to the table: HandleHardwareandRMAShipments,InstallSoftware. Organize andStoreInventoryAccordingtoRequirements. Inspect returned hardware, including PCs, printers, and cash drawers, to assess their condition and ensure compliance with the company'sreturn policies. Thoroughly inspect scrapped or damagedhardware(e.g., PCs, printers, cash drawers) to confirm that they no longer meetoperational standards. Conductregular inventory counts of hardware such as PCs, printers, and cash drawers to ensure that physical stock matches the recorded stock. Who will be a best fit: Prior experience handling hardware such as PCs, printers, and cash drawers, with a basic understanding of hardware setup andmaintenance. Familiarity with installing and configuring operating systems such as Windows and Linux, with hands-onexperience in installing POS systems or related software. Experience handling RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes, including inspecting, logging, and reconfiguring returned equipment. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues and work with the technical support teamtoresolve problemsbefore shipment. Ensure accurate installation of software and configuration according to customer requirements, with strong organizational and execution skills. Strong teamworkskills to collaborate with warehouse management, technical support, andcustomerservice teams, ensuring smoothworkflow. Experience working in a warehouseordistribution environment, familiar with inventory managementandshippingprocesses. Willingness to learn new software, hardware technologies, and processes in a fast-paced environment.
