Director, eCommerce PMO Charter Communications United States, Connecticut, Stamford Apr 27, 2026
This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. Do you excel at driving strategic alignment and operational excellence for digital sales initiatives? Spectrum is seeking a Director to lead our Digital Sales Program Management Office, supporting executive decision-making, governance and cross-functional execution across business-critical programs. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will deliver the structure and transparency needed to accelerate outcomes-making a measurable impact on our digital sales success. How You'll Make an Impact Lead and refine PMO processes to support strategic digital sales initiatives and operational priorities
Establish governance, intake, prioritization and reporting standards for program transparency and accountability
Develop executive reports, dashboards, scorecards and leadership communications to inform decisions
Partner with senior leaders to identify and communicate milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and outcomes
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure aligned execution and effective delivery of initiatives
Drive regular operating cadences for reviews and governance forums, escalating and resolving risks as needed
Prepare executive-ready materials for business reviews, continuously advancing PMO practices Working Conditions Office environment with occasional travel
Eligible for Hybrid Work Policy, with up to one day each week from home What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Technology, Project Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience 8+ years in project or program management or business operations
3+ years leading PMO functions, governance or strategic initiatives
9+ years PMO leadership and portfolio governance
8+ years executive reporting, dashboarding and stakeholder management
8+ years strategic planning, risk management, process improvement and executive communications Skills Strong knowledge of PMO methodologies and governance frameworks
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Jira or similar platforms
Expertise in building executive dashboards, scorecards and reporting deliverables
Knowledge of KPIs, milestone tracking and portfolio metrics
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models
Ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights Preferred Qualifications Education MBA or advanced degree preferred Experience Portfolio-level reporting and governance in digital or customer-facing environments
Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience with Agile or hybrid digital delivery models
PMP, Scrum, Agile or related certifications Skills Experience in Digital Sales, Digital Operations, Telecom or Cable environments
Experience supporting portfolio reviews, QBRs and annual planning processes
Familiarity with change management and organizational readiness practices
Experience creating executive communications for large, complex organizations #LI-VB1
