TQ 2 : Demonstred experience managing projects, including leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets and timelines, and developing project plans to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions.EXECUTIVE CORE QUALIFICATIONS
(ECQs): In addition to the Technical Qualificion Requirements listed above, all new entrants into the Senior Executive Service (SES) under a career appointment assessed for executive competency against the following five mandory ECQs. - This core qualificion involves the demonstred ability to achieve both individual and organizional results, and to align results to sted goals from superiors.
Note:
If you are a member of the SES or have been certified through successful participion in an OPM approved SES Candide Development Program (SESCDP), or have SES reinstement eligibility, you do not need to respond to the ECQs. Instead, you should tach proof (e.g., SF-50, Certificion by OPM's SES Qualificions Review Board (QRB) of your eligibility for noncompetitive appointment to the SES.
