Job Summary:
Leads the identification, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives that align with organizational objectives. Partners with business stakeholders to translate strategic needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions. Oversees cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and value realization of AI capabilities. Governs project execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Partners with business leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned with enterprise strategy. Translates business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for AI solutions. Manages cross-functional teams responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-enabled capabilities. Oversees project plans, resource allocation, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Quantifies and tracks business value, adoption metrics, and return on investment for AI initiatives. Advises senior stakeholders on AI roadmap development, governance considerations, and emerging technology opportunities. Manages team performance, workload planning, and talent development within the AI Engagement function.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
5-8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, digital transformation, product management, or a related field required. 3-5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects or teams required. Experience translating business challenges into AI-enabled solutions required.
