Development Programs, Capability Development, Learning Designers, Coordinators, and site leaders-to reimagine how people learn, practice, and apply

every day. The leader will define and deliver the
FLIGHT DECK
coaching vision (an AI-enabled coaching and performance support experience), pilot and scale digital solutions, and establish the operating mechanisms, data, and guardrails to ensure measurable impact on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Job Description Role & Responsibilities + Define the AI and digital transformation strategy for
FLIGHT DECK
, including the North Star for an AI-enabled

Coach and an integrated roadmap across learning, performance support, and continuous improvement + Lead discovery and design for high-value use cases (e.g., just-in-time coaching, role-based guidance, adaptive learning paths, practice simulations, on-the-job checklists, intelligent content retrieval), aligned to SQDC outcomes + Stand up and product-manage the

Coach:
