Full-time Salary:
$140,000 - $220,000 per annum, dependent on experience Experience level: 10-15 years, with 5+ years leading teams What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Developing and executing comprehensive transformation strategies aligned with business objectives Leading cross-functional teams through complex change initiatives, including organizational redesign, process improvement and systems implementation Partnering with C-suite and senior stakeholders to define transformation scope, timelines and success metrics Managing SAP and ERP system implementations or upgrades, ensuring adoption and minimizing business disruption Identifying process improvement opportunities and driving efficiency gains across operations Building change management plans, communication strategies and training programs to support organizational adoption Mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Translating business requirements into actionable transformation roadmaps and overseeing delivery What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: 10-15 years of experience in business transformation, change management or management consulting Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, multi-phased transformation programs in large or matrix organizations 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams Deep experience with SAP and ERP systems implementation, optimization or process redesign Strong knowledge of business process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems or a related field SAP Certified Professional credential or equivalent ERP certification Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills Ability to drive change in ambiguous, fast-moving environments What roles of this type could offer Most roles of this type offer the following, dependent on the industry and seniority of the role: Opportunity to shape how organizations operate and compete in dynamic markets Exposure to strategic decision-making and executive-level advisory work Potential to mentor and develop transformation teams, building leaders of the future Autonomy to own transformation initiatives end-to-end, from strategy through to sustained benefit realization Scope to work across multiple business functions, geographies and industries Structured professional development and progression toward senior or principal-level consulting roles Competitive compensation package and benefits supporting your career growth About Specialist Staffing Group We partner with organizations across multiple industries to identify and place transformation and consulting talent.
