The RoleRole OverviewIn this role, you will focus on designing and preparing OCM delivery plans mainly for AI customer engagements. You will translate customer-specific AI use cases into actionable change strategies, including communication, training, and organizational readiness plans.
Collaborate closely with AI teams and customer stakeholders to understand business context, user personas, and change impacts.
Apply the Kyndryl Organizational Change Management framework to develop tailored adoption strategies that support customer transformation goals.
Develop structured OCM assets such as messaging frameworks, stakeholder maps, training outlines, and readiness assessments.
Identify potential change risks and resistance points and recommend mitigation strategies.
Partner with delivery teams to ensure OCM materials integrate smoothly into overall customer engagement plans.
Adhere to project governance and documentation requirements.
Contribute insights to enhance OCM delivery practices based on customer feedback and lessons learned.
Support OCM team capability-building by sharing best practices and templates. Who You AreJob Qualifications5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience, ideally in technology or AI‑related consulting.
Demonstrated experience designing communication, training, and adoption materials.
Strong consulting and problem‑solving capabilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical topics for diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Familiarity with project management principles.
Experience designing or contributing to training content.
Optional QualificationsRelevant OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci, APMG, AIP).Experience with digital communication and training tools.
Exposure to AI, digital transformation, or innovation programs.
Process design skills.
Financial acumen and comfort with basic budgeting.
