Job Description
CITY TREASURER
This is a part-time position Keep financial records and supervise management of funds; Co-sign all checks of the city; Keep accurate account/records of expenses and receipts; Assist auditors as required; Prepare and provide monthly treasurers report for Mayor and Council; Reconcile financial records monthly; Receive payments from the public when needed; Greet the public and answer the phone; Be available to maintain office hours in City Clerks absence; Assist City Clerk when needed; Performs other duties as directed by the City Mayor.
