Task Lead shall provide overall management and oversight of all activities performed by personnel. The lead shall facilitate communications, use industry-best standards and proven methodologies to track and document requirements and activities to allow for continuous monitoring and evaluation by the DC3, and ensure all tasks are accomplished IAW this PWS. The lead shall be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the performance and shall assist DC3 with all financial and business processes. 27001, or CMMC to ensure organizational compliance. Oversee regular cybersecurity risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify and mitigate emerging threats. Coordinate internal and external security audits to validate the effectiveness of controls Coordinate tasks among different project teams and manage cross-team dependencies to prevent resource conflicts. Lead crisis response efforts during major breaches, ensuring timely detection, containment, and recovery. Oversee the selection and management of third-party security vendors and ensure acquisitions meet organizational security standards. Drive a "security-first" culture by leading organization-wide cybersecurity education and training programs. Basic Qualifications US Citizen with an Active Top Secret clearance with TS-SCI clearance eligible and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check 5 years of experience with IT leadership and accountability including effective implementation of IT management responsibilities. 5 years of experience with strategic IT planning all IT management functions. 5 years of experience assessing agency IT workforce needs and developing strategies and plans for meeting those needs. 5 years of experience with annual and multi-year IT planning, programming, and budgeting decisions. 5 years of experience managing, evaluating, and assessing how well the agency is managing its IT resources 5 years of experience implementing and ensuring compliance with an agency-wide information security program. 5 years of experience as a champion for digital equity for the workforce by ensuring digital accessibility of information and telecommunication technologies.
