As a Systems Operations Engineer 3 - Contingent, you will be part of the Cybersecurity Platform supporting Service Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? Manage and develop multiple business functional areas with a focus on implementing and delivering long-term strategies, policies, and process improvements. Identify technology execution opportunities and develop strategies for process enhancement and risk management. Lead technology teams for assigned initiatives, ensuring solutions are designed, integrated, and controlled to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Interpret and develop policies and procedures for long-term organizational improvements. Collaborate with management to secure resources, influence outcomes, and ensure alignment with organizational strategies and policies. What's Needed? 8+ years of Service Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education. Detailed knowledge of ServiceNow, ITIL, and ServiceDesk principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with senior leadership engagement. What's in it for me?
