LP Job Summary:
We are seeking an Executive Experience Consultant to join the NY Innovation Center, where senior executives from leading organizations collaborate with technology and business leaders to explore transformation opportunities. This role is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact executive engagements that go beyond traditional presentations. You will partner with senior technology executives, sales leaders, product experts, and cross-functional teams to create compelling, interactive experiences centered around customer business and transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and orchestrate end-to-end executive briefings, strategic meetings, workshops, and customer engagements. Engage directly with C-level and senior technology executives to understand their business challenges and transformation priorities. Translate customer goals and challenges into compelling executive narratives, presentations, demonstrations, and interactive experiences. Facilitate high-impact conversations that position the organization as a strategic technology partner, not simply a vendor. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful customer engagements. Influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new approaches to executive engagement. Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders and serve as a strategic advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle. Apply industry knowledge to tailor executive conversations and identify relevant business and technology opportunities. Manage complex, high-visibility programs with multiple stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and priorities. Anticipate risks and adapt quickly in an environment where processes and playbooks are continuously evolving. Continuously improve executive engagement standards, experiences, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience designing and delivering high-impact executive engagements, strategic programs, consulting engagements, or similar initiatives. Experience within a technology company, SaaS organization, technology consulting, or technology marketing environment. Demonstrated experience engaging with C-suite and senior technology executives. Exceptional executive presence, communication, facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills. Ability to lead impactful conversations with technology executives and translate business challenges into transformation opportunities. Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence Sales, Product, Marketing, executives, and cross-functional teams. Strong program/project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and execution. Comfortable operating in complex, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environments. Consultative, customer-centric approach with strong business acumen.
