  • Position Summary
  • The Executive Director, Global Enterprise Product Delivery & Agility Lead is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for driving the end-to-end value delivery and Agile transformation across the enterprise's product and platform teams.
This role will define and execute the operating model for efficient, high-velocity product delivery, ensuring that product investments translate quickly into measurable business outcomes. This leader is the champion for enterprise agility, optimizing the flow of value by streamlining processes, accelerating automation (CI/CD), and strategically aligning resources and priorities with the Value Stream Optimization and Solution Design & Management (SDM) leads. They will establish a culture of continuous improvement, relentless execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Agility & Transformation (40%)
  • + Define, champion, and drive the strategic roadmap for Agile Adoption and Transformation across all technology and product delivery teams.
+ Establish and maintain the enterprise Agile delivery model and governance structure, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices and quality standards. + Lead organizational change management efforts to address cultural barriers and accelerate the shift to an enterprise-wide Agile and product-centric mindset.
  • Value Delivery Optimization (30%)
  • + Optimize the end-to-end delivery workflow across Product and Platform teams to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. + Lead the implementation of modern engineering practices, focusing on automating workflows and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate time-to-market and reduce waste. + Define and monitor key delivery performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
  • Key Roles & Responsibilities (Continued)
  • Resource & Portfolio Alignment (20%)
  • + Partner with Value Stream Optimization and SDM Leads to review and align resource allocation, priorities, and investment decisions to maximize value and outcomes across the product portfolio.
+ Serve as the primary driver for removing organizational and political impediments that transcend individual product teams. + Facilitate strategic planning processes (e.g., Quarterly/PI Planning) to ensure alignment between business objectives and development execution.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship (10%)
  • + Lead, mentor, and develop a team of delivery and agility leads, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and ownership. + Establish and scale delivery best practices, tools, and processes across the organization.
  • Qualifications
  • + Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred.
+ 10+ years of experience in Tech leadership roles, preferably in global, multi-brand companies. + Deep expertise in Agile and Lean methodologies at an enterprise scale (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent), with a proven track record of leading large-scale Agile Adoption and Transformation. + Expertise in DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), automated workflows, and delivery pipeline optimization. + Strong experience in portfolio and resource optimization to maximize value and outcomes across multiple product and platform teams. + Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed organization.
