Job Description

Transformation Lead Enterprise DevSecOps, Observability and AIOps Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Transformation Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of an enterprise-wide DevSecOps and Observability transformation program. This role will be accountable for strategy, design, implementation, and adoption of modern engineering practices, ensuring secure, scalable, and observable systems across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and program execution capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
Transformation Strategy & Leadership Define and own the enterprise DevSecOps and Observability transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives. Lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, security, operations, and platform teams. Establish governance, operating models, and best practices for DevSecOps and observability adoption. Act as the primary point of accountability for transformation outcomes, timelines, and value realization Lead the offshore DevSecOps and Observability teams and act as a bridge between Customer and Offshore teams Stakeholder Management Engage with client senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams. Communicate transformation vision, progress, and outcomes effectively to client teams Build strong relationships to drive alignment and adoption across the enterprise. Program & Delivery Management Oversee the end-to-end implementation of DevSecOps pipelines and observability platforms. Manage large-scale, multi-stream programs with complex dependencies. Ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation, and issue resolution across workstreams. DevSecOps Implementation Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated testing. Integrate security practices into the development lifecycle (shift-left security). Standardize tooling and processes across teams to ensure consistency and scalability. Promote developer productivity through platform engineering and self-service capabilities. Observability & Monitoring Lead the design and implementation of enterprise observability solutions (logs, metrics, traces). Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident management frameworks. Enable proactive detection and resolution of system issues. Drive adoption of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) principles. Change Management & Adoption Lead cultural transformation toward DevSecOps ways of working. Develop training, enablement, and communication plans. Drive continuous improvement and feedback loops across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in software engineering, DevSecOps, or platform engineering. 10+ years of experience in Observability and AIOps 5+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs. Proven track record of implementing DevSecOps and observability solutions at enterprise scale. Strong understanding of CI/CD, cloud platforms, containerization, and microservices architecture. Experience with security integration in development pipelines. Excellent program management and client stakeholder engagement skills.
